• "Products" refers to custom packaging boxes, corrugated packaging, food packaging, cosmetic boxes, labels, and all related packaging solutions offered by us.
• "Order" refers to any purchase or custom quote request submitted through our website or direct communication.

3. Use of Website

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site on behalf of a registered business entity. You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes related to purchasing or inquiring about packaging solutions.

You must not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the website's functionality
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content, designs, or materials without prior written consent

4. Custom Quote Requests & Orders

All products are manufactured to order and are subject to availability of materials, production capacity, and mutual agreement on specifications. We reserve the right to decline orders that we are unable to fulfill.

Custom quote requests are non-binding until confirmed in writing by both parties. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

By placing an order, you confirm that all provided specifications (dimensions, quantities, materials, artwork, and other requirements) are accurate and complete. Frontier Packages is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect customer-provided information.

5. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, order quantity, and complexity. We strive for accuracy in all pricing but reserve the right to correct errors.

• A deposit (typically 50%) is required upon order confirmation before production begins
• The remaining balance is due prior to shipment unless a credit account has been established
• We accept bank transfers, major credit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
• Overdue payments may incur late fees as specified in your invoice

6. Production & Lead Times

Production lead times are estimated and provided at the time of order confirmation. Standard lead times are typically 7–15 business days depending on order complexity and quantity.

Frontier Packages is not liable for delays caused by customer-related issues (e.g., late artwork approval), supply chain disruptions, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide using trusted logistics partners. Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes will be communicated at the time of order. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon handover to the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other external factors once the goods have been dispatched. All shipments are insured — please inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production has commenced. Returns are accepted only in the case of:

• Manufacturing defects or quality issues on our part
• Products that do not match confirmed order specifications
• Damaged goods received (reported within 48 hours of delivery)

Order cancellations must be requested before production begins. If production has started, cancellation fees may apply to cover materials and labor costs incurred. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.

9. Artwork & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork or design files, you confirm that you own or have the legal right to use all submitted materials, including logos, images, trademarks, and text. You grant Frontier Packages a limited license to use submitted artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

All original designs, templates, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Frontier Packages (Pvt) Ltd. and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Frontier Packages' total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total value paid by the customer for that specific order.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or reputational harm, arising from the use of our products or services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Frontier Packages (Pvt) Ltd., its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our website, your violation of these terms, or any intellectual property infringement related to artwork or designs you submitted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
